DISCOVER INNER PEACE THROUGH VIPASSANA MEDITATION

Vipassana Meditation is a powerful practice that allows us to see things as they truly are, free from distractions like music or external guidance. By observing our inner world objectively—without clinging to or resisting thoughts and emotions—we can break free from the three root causes of unhappiness: craving, aversion, and ignorance. This ancient meditation technique, established 25 centuries ago by Gautama Buddha, is designed to lead practitioners toward liberation and enlightenment. With consistent practice, Vipassana Meditation helps release daily stress and dissolves deeply ingrained patterns of emotional reactivity, fostering a state of balance and inner peace.
 
During this event, we will practice Noble Silence. Noble Silence means no gestures, talking or the use of communication tools such as mobile phones, computer, and the Internet at The Alchemy Yoga and in ETHER room. Practitioners are encouraged to continue Noble Silence during lunch break.
We will provide light snacks and a Keurig machine with coffees/teas.

Metta Meditation with Calming, High Vibrational Frequencies 3:00pm-3:30pm
