With room temperatures between 95°F to 99°F and humidity anywhere between 45% to 60%, the benefits of a yoga practice are both physical and mental. Physically, yoga builds strength, flexibility, improves heart health and can ease back pain. Mentally, it is a wonderful way to ease anxiety and stress and calm the mind. We offer 5 different types of classes to address all levels.

Ideal for beginners or simple rejuvenation

If you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, WATER will help open the body and calm the mind. Instructors will give more detailed instructions on poses and give plenty of modifications.

Emphasis will be on deep stretching.

Earth

Slow flow to aid in deep breath work and holding poses longer

To shift away from the busy mind, EARTH aids in deepening the breath by holding poses longer, giving the practitioner time to go deeper into the pose. Foundation of this class is rooted in Ashtanga with plenty of balancing and standing postures to help ground you into the present moment. Instructor will give option for students to work on an inversion at the end of the practice.
