If you are an instructor looking to improve adjustments to your students or if your a practitioner looking to improve alignment, then this series is for you! Dean is the only Level II Authorized Ashtanga teacher in the DFW area and has been helping students of all body types safely practice yoga. He will teach us safe adjustments from the Primary Series of Ashtanga yoga.
